Meet Ashley Gardner, MA

Co-Founder & Partner

Ashley Gardner, MA, is the Chief Branding Officer (CBO) and co-owner of Innovative Research and Analysis LLC and newly developed companies, Organized TravelTM , and Innovative Solutions Community Progress (ISCP). She leads the development of branding strategies, communications, video marketing, as well as overseeing content development, publication and social media. She has fifteen years of experience in media and communications including on-air presentation (reporter, news anchor, weather anchor), writing, videography, graphic production of weather content, and editing of both print and video content. More recently, she has freelanced at a local news station presenting on-air weather reports and taught at the collegiate level in speech communication and journalism at a local college.
